What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify their needs.
- Develop and implement customised plans to provide the necessary support and interventions.
- Work collaboratively with other agencies and community organisations to ensure the best outcomes for children.
- Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices.
- Engage with families and children to foster trust and ensure their voices are heard in the decision-making process.
- Manage your caseload efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all cases and activities.
As a Senior Social Worker, you must have more than three years of experience in Child Assessment Teams and be resilient and committed to making a difference. You’ll need to be able to commute to work twice a week, as there is no on-site parking available.
