We're looking for someone who operates at the intersection of business strategy and technology—someone who can advise senior stakeholders, shape transformation, and define pragmatic roadmaps that deliver real business value.You'll work closely with C-suite stakeholders, including CTOs and CIOs, helping organisations make strategic decisions around operating models, platforms, AI and enterprise transformation.We're looking for someone with experience in: Enterprise-wide transformation programmes—not architecture in isolationAssessing business processes and target operating modelsEvaluating SaaS and enterprise platforms, with the ability to determine whether to optimise, replace or introduce new technologyAI and automation strategy, including understanding when native platform capabilities are sufficient versus when bespoke solutions are requiredDefining practical target-state architectures and phased transformation roadmapsDesigning governance, guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls for AI-enabled business processesInfluencing and advising senior executives, including CIOs, CTOs and other C-suite stakeholdersSaaS systems such as Salesforce, Dynamics, NICE, SAP, ServiceNow or Zendesk You'll ideally have: Strong consulting or advisory experienceExpertise across enterprise architecture, business architecture and digital transformationKnowledge of cloud platforms, enterprise applications and modern technology ecosystemsExperience balancing business outcomes, technology strategy and commercial considerations to deliver practical transformationPrevious experience supporting contact centre, customer experience (CX) or customer operations transformation programmes, including platform, process, AI and automation initiatives, would be highly desirable.
