Candidate RequirementsEssential Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) obtained in the UK.Successful completion of the Early Career Teacher (ECT) induction period.Proven experience teaching within a UK primary school.Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 National Curriculum.Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.Strong behaviour management and classroom leadership.Ability to work independently and use initiative.Confidence delivering booster programmes and intervention groups.Strong assessment and planning skills.Excellent communication and organisational skills. Highly Desirable Experience delivering SATs preparation and intervention programmes.A track record of raising attainment in English and Mathematics.Experience teaching across multiple primary year groups.Confidence working with pupils of varying abilities and needs.Experience within high-performing schools with strong behaviour expectations.
