Take the lead in delivering critical MEICA and EICA projects from design through to commissioning on major UK infrastructure programmes.Our Client has a requirement for an EICA LV Authorised Person/Site Supervisor, who will be required to work on a contract basis in Warrington.Role Purpose: Support the delivery of AMP8 infrastructure projects from outline design through to commissioning and handoverWork across the full project lifecycle with a combination of office, remote and site-based activitiesEngage with designers to challenge and support efficient design developmentSupport procurement activities and manage subcontractor delivery throughout manufacture, installation and commissioningAssist with the development and management of project programmes and budgetsBuild and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, site operators, supply chain partners and client stakeholders Job Role Responsibilities: Proactively promote health, safety and wellbeing in every aspect of design and deliveryManage EICA package installation activities, liaising with designers and coordinating all necessary interfacesManage and maintain Permit to Work systemsSupervise installation contractors on siteSupport HAZOP, HAZCON and wider project meetings as requiredCollaborate with engineering teams to develop robust and realistic construction sequences, programmes and budgetsCoordinate with pre-construction, delivery and wider teams to develop compliant, safe and practical solutions to technical challengesAssess Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)Champion a high-quality, right-first-time culture throughout design and deliveryEstablish and maintain strong working relationships with site operating teams, supply chain partners and stakeholdersProvide accurate and timely project performance reports, ensuring projects remain on track and contractual requirements are metSupport the development and implementation of improvement plans and mitigation strategies where necessaryCollaborate with wider framework teams and supply chain partners to drive continuous improvement and efficient project delivery Experience / Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:Essential Experience delivering MEICA packages across the project lifecycle within a collaborative delivery environmentBS7671 18th Edition plus AmendmentsMinimum Emergency First Aid CertificateInspection and Testing experienceStrong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skillsExcellent knowledge of relevant regulations, including Construction Design & Management RegulationsAbility to understand and apply relevant engineering technical standardsExperience completing Installation and Commissioning Test Records to demonstrate plant and process compliancePackage management experience and contract awareness to effectively manage subcontract teamsSolution-focused approach with a passion for best practice, process improvement and continuous improvementAbility to work and learn quickly in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to delivering high-quality work and exceeding expectationsFlexibility and adaptability when responding to changing project requirements Desirable Water industry experienceExperience supporting multidisciplinary teams across multiple locationsExperience working with both construction and design teamsStrong commitment to continued professional developmentKnowledge and use of Asset Supportability documentation and handover requirementsRecognised LV Authorised Person training Qualifications Relevant engineering or project management qualificationCSCS CardFull UK Driving Licence Company InformationAt First Recruitment Group we understand just how important it is to secure the right people.
