Requirements of the Ward Manager: Registered Nurse (RN) Qualification: A valid nursing qualification, as well as registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or an equivalent body.Clinical Experience: Significant experience as a registered nurse.Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a clinical setting, such as a Charge Nurse or Deputy Ward Manager, is typically required.
