Person SpecificationQualifications A degree, diploma, or master's qualification in Social Work.Successful completion of ASYE for experienced practitioner roles.Proven commitment to ongoing professional development in children's social care. Registration & Compliance Registration with Social Work England.Comprehensive understanding of key legislations such as the Children Act 1989 and 2004, Working Together to Safeguard Children, the Public Law Outline, Human Rights Act 1998, Equality Act 2010, and Children and Families Act 2014.Enhanced DBS clearance. Experience Experience within a UK Local Authority Children's Services environment.Demonstrated involvement in Child Protection, Child in Need, and care proceedings.Proven expertise in conducting complex assessments and managing safeguarding risks.
