What you will do: Carry out Core Assessments, pre-birth assessments, and risk assessments.Conduct Section 47 Child Protection investigations.Write detailed statements for court proceedings.Complete Section 7 and Section 37 reports for court.Represent the authority in court to provide crucial evidence.Perform home visits for monitoring purposes and to safeguard children.Keep comprehensive case recordings up to date.Convene and chair core group meetings.Liaise and collaborate with other professionals.Conduct joint investigations and interviews with the police.Initiate and see care proceedings through to completion.Implement and review Care Plans, ensuring they meet the needs of children.Supervise contact between children and families.Write and present case conference reports.Attend case conferences and strategy meetings.Complete Child in Need plans.
