Spending a day every month learning all about the exciting world of recruitment, within our KPI Recruiting Training Academy in Crewe for activity-based learning (no boring PowerPoints!)To continue your development, we will buddy you up with one of our expert recruitment consultants, where the serious business will begin!You will work in close conjunction with the other Recruitment Consultants to learn and share best practiceHeadhunting and resourcing suitable talent for vacancies you are recruiting for – don’t panic we will teach you all of this, you will be learning from the best!Building strong, and professional relationships with candidatesYou will be meeting Candidates face to face and via telephone who are looking for workYou'll be learning to use a range of sales and marketing techniquesFollowing compliance ensuring candidates have the correct right to workProviding a great service for clients and candidatesContribute to the development and establishment of KPI Recruiting.Support all social media channels and activitiesBe a champion of KPI Recruiting Brand!
