Warehouse Operative / FLT Counterbalance Driver Location: Stoke on Trent, ST6Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 1:00pmSalary: Up to £28,000 per annum, pro rataHours: 25 hours per weekWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative / FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a small warehouse and yard operation based in the Stoke on TrentThis is a varied, hands-on position combining forklift driving, order picking and general warehouse duties. You will play a key role in ensuring orders are picked accurately and products are moved, loaded and unloaded safely and efficiently.Key Responsibilities: Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to move products around the warehouse and yardLoading and unloading lorries safely and efficientlyMoving and positioning pallets within the warehouse and yardPicking customer orders accurately based on instructions provided by the sales officeEnsuring the correct products and quantities are selectedPreparing orders ready for collection or dispatchCarrying out manual handling duties safelyChecking products for damage and reporting any issuesMaintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse and yard environmentFollowing all company health & safety proceduresSupporting with general warehouse duties as required What We're Looking For: Valid Counterbalance FLT licencePrevious experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift TruckPrevious warehouse, yard or order-picking experienceComfortable undertaking manual handling as part of the roleGood attention to detail and accuracyAbility to follow picking and order instructionsA reliable, hardworking and proactive approachGood understanding of warehouse health & safety procedures Apply Now or contact keeley@kpir.co.uk 01782 712230 Please note that due to the high volume of applications we receive, only those shortlisted will be personally contacted.INDCOM
