What you will do Manage a complex caseload involving Child in Need, Child Protection, Public Law Outline (PLO), and court proceedings.Provide professional support, mentoring, and case consultation to social workers, newly qualified staff, and students.Lead on complex assessments, risk analysis, and safeguarding interventions in accordance with the Children Act 1989 and the Working Together to Safeguard Children guidance.Chair strategy discussions, professional meetings, and multi-agency planning meetings where required. Qualifications Degree in Social Work, DipSW, CQSW, or an equivalent recognised qualification.Evidence of ongoing post-qualifying professional development.Practice Educator Award or a relevant supervisory qualification is desirable. Registration and Compliance Current registration with Social Work England (SWE). Experience Significant post-qualified experience within statutory children's social care.Proven experience managing child protection, court, and safeguarding cases.Experience supporting or supervising social workers within a safeguarding setting. The business continues to invest in its machinery and processes, making this a stable and forward-thinking site.The Maintenance Engineer will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of production equipment, carrying out a mix of planned maintenance and reactive breakdown work.
