The company prides itself on a positive working culture where teamwork and mutual respect are at the centre of daily operations. Working within a team of two Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer's per shift, you will need to be confident working independently and capable of making decisions under pressure when required. The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical maintenance, responding to breakdowns, completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across site machinery. Sector - Factory Maintenance  Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.Strong electrical bias with hands-on fault-finding ability.Experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced production setting.Ability to work autonomously within a small shift team.
