This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that is well-known for its engineering excellence, strong culture and long term employee development.The role of the Engineering Supervisor is a middle management position, you will be responsible for managing and developing 5-10 engineers, playing a lead role in projects, leading root cause analysis into failures, attending managerial meetings as well as completing some hands on work when required. Skills required for an Engineering Supervisor: The Engineering Supervisor with have strong leadership and management experience.Be a Multi-Skilled Engineer with an Electrical Bias and Electrical Qualifications.Ideally come from a Food or FMCG Manufacturing background.Be Flexible and have a hands on approach.Experience of working on and leading projects.Ability to drive change and excellent communication skills.Self-starter who is accountable for self and encourages others to do the same.Be prepared to work a 4on 4off Days shift pattern.
