Job Role: As a Mobile Maintenance Electrician, you will work across a range of commercial sites including offices, leisure centres, hotels, restaurants, shopping centres and student accommodation. The Mobile Maintenance Electrician will be responsible for planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, testing and fault-finding across electrical and mechanical systems. This will include HVAC systems, plant rooms, fire alarms, emergency lighting, basic plumbing, joinery and general building maintenance duties.Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications: Previous experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance.Experience within facilities management or building management services.Hands-on experience with mechanical or HVAC maintenance.NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.18th Edition Wiring Regulations.Full UK Driving Licence. Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications AM2 qualification.Test and Inspection certifications, such as 2391, 2394 or 2395.Mechanical qualifications in Plumbing or HVAC.F-Gas Category 1.
