This role is currently 60–70% reactive and 30% planned maintenance, with a strong focus on moving towards a more proactive maintenance strategy.You will be responsible for both mechanical (80%) and electrical (20%) maintenance, working closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
