Background within a small to medium-sized freight forwarder would be preferred. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to help grow an established branch. Hands-on approach with the willingness to support operations when needed. Good leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Strong customer service and client relationship skills. Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving ability. A steady employment history with good length of service in previous roles.
