This role is ideal for a qualified tutor with proven experience delivering ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) programmes and accredited qualifications.This is an excellent opportunity to support adult learners in developing skills for work, life, health, and personal enrichment.The RoleAs an Adult Learning Tutor, you will deliver high-quality ESOL teaching and accredited courses, supporting adult learners from diverse backgrounds to achieve recognised qualifications and improve their confidence, independence, and employability.Working under the guidance of a Programme Officer, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure learners receive a supportive and engaging educational experience.Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging ESOL sessions tailored to adult learnersDeliver accredited qualifications in line with awarding body requirementsAssess learners’ progress and provide constructive feedbackMaintain accurate learner records and complete required documentationSupport learners to achieve outcomes linked to employment, life skills, family support, health, and personal developmentPromote inclusive learning environments that support diverse needsWork in partnership with colleagues and stakeholders to maximise learner participationEnsure safeguarding and health and safety standards are upheld Essential Requirements Proven experience delivering ESOL programmesExperience delivering accredited qualificationsRelevant teaching qualification (e.g., Level 3/4 Award in Education and Training or equivalent)Strong understanding of adult learning principlesExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to engage and motivate learners from a range of backgrounds Why Work with Seven Resourcing?At Seven Resourcing, we are proud to be one of the UK’s leading suppliers of temporary health and social care professionals.
