About you: Experience in logistics, shipping, or operations within a fine art, luxury goods, auction house, or other high-value asset environment.Solid understanding of international shipping and customs processes, with confidence handling documentation for imports and exports.Highly organised and detail-focused, able to manage multiple shipments and deadlines at the same time without compromising on accuracy.Strong communicator, comfortable dealing with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and high-net-worth clients in a professional manner.Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with logistics platforms and collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Teams is an advantage.
