Continuous Improvement Responsibilities Monitor and improve key production KPIs.Drive improvements in yield performance and operational efficiency.Reduce giveaway and improve cost control.Improve labour productivity and performance.Reduce waste through continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure teams follow standard operating procedures and company processes.Drive a culture of operational excellence across the site. Systems Experience The successful Senior Production Manager will ensure effective use of production systems and operational hardware, including: Innova.Piranha / Shire systems. Essential Requirements Proven experience working as a Production Manager or Senior Production Manager. Desirable Experience Experience within meat processing, food packing or high-care manufacturing.Experience working within a fast-paced FMCG environment.Knowledge of production systems such as Innova, Piranha or Shire.Experience managing large production teams.Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles.
