Experience / Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications: Extensive working knowledge of NEC4, preferably within the Professional Services Contract (PSC) framework.Strong commercial management experience across large, complex projects and contracts.Degree qualified in Law, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.Proven track record of developing and implementing commercial strategies.Experience managing commercial risk, governance and contractual compliance.Strong negotiation, stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.Experience providing commercial leadership on bids and contract delivery.Previous people management and team leadership experience.Ability to influence commercial outcomes and provide strategic commercial advice.Knowledge of NEC contract forms and their practical application within project delivery environments.Eligible to obtain or hold UK Security Check (SC) clearance.British National due to project security requirements.
