One of our clients are currently seeking an apprentice to help assist with their IT, smart technologies, and secure network systems.The role will provide a hands-on opportunity to work with enterprise technology, engage with key stakeholders within the company, and develop new digital and technical skills. Ideal for a first-time role or career change.KEY DUTIES Configure and install network hardware including switches, firewalls, and wireless access pointsAssist with basic cybersecurity monitoring tasks, such as reviewing alerts or updating security softwareLearn to use AI-driven tools for automating routine IT support tasks or analysing system performanceMonitor and review network infrastructure to ensure effective operational uptime and network performanceCreate and maintain technical documentation and diagrams outlining the network architecture and proceduresProvide technical support to localised IT Teams and assist with network-related inquiriesRespond to security incidents to ensure the integrity of the networkSupport the setup and maintenance of smart office technologies (e.g., connected meeting rooms, digital signage, or automated systems)Contribute to testing and troubleshooting smart devices or AI-powered applications used within the company CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS IT confidentStrong team work skillsStrong Organisational skillsGood level of written and oral communication skillsSelf-MotivatedMeets the eligibility below ELIGIBILITY Have the right to live and work in the UK.
