With over 20 years behind them, they are in a very strong position and we are looking for an exceptional Regional Operations Manager to join them in the South WestAll about you:You will be a passionate people person with extensive experience across Property Maintenance / Construction Services. You will take pride in what you do and constantly strive to exceed the expectations of your clients and colleagues. Your skill set will include effective labour management and amazing planning skills. You will also have strong H&S knowledge and a proven ability across operational delivery. This is a leadership role, so you will need excellent financial and commercial management skills and a track record of developing your teams. You will be expected to report on financial and non-financial performance to the Board regularly.All About the role: Ensure a safe working environment for all within the branches.Develop and implement a 3-year Strategy for each Branch with Branch Manager aligned to help achieve group 5-year objectives.Propose and agree annual forecast for each branch in conjunction with the Branch Manager and Business Development Team.Establish a strong understanding of the group culture, Key Beliefs, and embrace all elements within your day-to-day behaviours.Ensure all core services can be delivered across your region: this should include Painting, Roofing, Flooring, Passive and Active Fire Protection, Multi-Disciplinary Fabric Upgrades, Retrofit and Energy Services and Response Maintenance, with an emphasis on growing sustainable self-delivery.Maximise and encourage directly employed teams and minimise use of sub-contractors.Take a pro-active approach to CSR – supporting communities, colleagues and sustainabilityEnsure customer promises are delivered and relationships are developed.Promote the values of The Group at every opportunity.
