You will be part of a committed team helping individuals regain independence and confidence following hospital discharge.This role offers the freedom and variety that come with locum work, supporting both your professional development and work–life balance. You will receive guidance from the Principal Occupational Therapist and have access to career development opportunities through leadership and coaching programmes. What You Will Do Carry out strengths-based assessments to identify individuals’ needs. Develop and deliver tailored reablement plans to support independence. Provide professional guidance and training to colleagues, particularly in relation to equipment and clinical decision-making. Act as a subject matter expert, promoting best practice within the team. Manage a varied caseload independently, responding to individual needs with professionalism and empathy. Spend approximately 50 per cent of your time delivering face-to-face interventions in clients’ homes or hospital settings.
