What you will do Deliver specialist assessment, management, and treatment for adults with communication and/or swallowing difficulties.Manage a specialist adult Speech & Language Therapy caseload across acute and community settings.Undertake comprehensive assessments using advanced investigative and analytical skills to inform diagnosis and intervention.Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based treatment and management plans using sound clinical reasoning.Participate in the coordination, development, and delivery of training programmes and information packages for health professionals, voluntary sector staff, and families/carers.Promote health, independence, and equality, supporting adults to maximise their communication and swallowing potential.Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated, person-centred care. Requirements HCPC registration as a Speech & Language Therapist is essential.Minimum two years’ post-qualification experience in a relevant adult specialism.Experience working with adults presenting with communication and/or swallowing difficulties.A valid driving licence is desirable to support travel across sites.
