Your Responsibilities as a Mentor: Delivering personalised mentoring sessions that engage, inspire, and help mentees progress toward their goals.Monitoring mentee progress and providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.Collaborating with parents, guardians, and schools to ensure appropriate mentee progression.Maintaining accurate session records through our virtual learning platform.
