Reporting to the Winter Hub Project Manager, you will work alongside a dedicated team in our temporary hub, assisting rough sleepers across North-East London. We are looking for someone who can provide effective interventions and create sustainable Move-On Plans, all while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our clients.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with the hub manager and team members to establish and manage the pop-up Winter Hub.

• Process referrals and manage assessments through Street Outreach Teams in NEL boroughs.

• Enable sustainable Move-On Plans for clients to successfully transition away from homelessness.

• Work on a rota including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts to ensure 24/7 support.

• Partner with local drug and alcohol teams and health services to connect clients to essential support.

• Engage with housing providers to secure relocation outcomes for clients in a timely manner.

• Attend relevant meetings and support clients at various appointments in and outside of London.

• Contribute to the upkeep of a clean, safe, and healthy hub environment.

• Partner with voluntary sector agencies to manage food donations and ensure regulatory compliance.
