What you will do

• Provide tailored support to individuals recovering from substance misuse to help them achieve their recovery goals.
• Develop and implement structured recovery plans, monitoring progress and adapting support as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for service users.
• Facilitate group sessions and one‑to‑one meetings to encourage engagement, accountability, and progress.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring alignment with safeguarding procedures and service standards.
