What you will do:

- Collaborate with senior leaders to shape school-wide inclusion, behavior, and well-being policies, while championing a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming culture backed by action research.
- Conduct advanced psychological assessments for students with complex profiles (including severe learning difficulties, ASC/ADHD, and SEMH) and produce statutory psychological reports for EHCP reviews and tribunals.
- Design and deliver evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, ACT) and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) frameworks to manage placement fragility and Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA).
- Lead professional development training in child development and provide structured reflective supervision to support staff well-being and mitigate burnout.
- Act as a critical liaison between families, onsite clinical teams, local authority SEN departments, and social care to ensure unified, wrap-around support.
