What you will do:

• Conduct assessments and deliver urgent care to adults and children from cradle to grave, tailoring treatment plans to individual patient needs.
• Work autonomously in handling minor injury and illness management, promoting swift recovery and patient satisfaction.
• Utilise your skills as a non-medical prescriber to enhance patient treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care delivery while making critical decisions in dynamic environments.
• Participate actively in ongoing professional development to ensure best practice in all elements of urgent and emergency care.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience working in Urgent and Emergency Care setting as an autonomous practitioner with evidence of practice.
• Proven experience in illness and injury management.
• Registered Paramedic with NMC or HCPC registration.
• A non-medical prescriber qualification is essential.
