We have a captivating opportunity for a Band 6 Physiologist within the Cardiac Invasive Team, located in the vibrant city of Sheffield, UK. Offering a competitive hourly rate of £27, this full-time locum role includes 37.5 hours spread over 7 days and requires an ASAP start – ongoing. What you will do:

- Conduct complex cardiac investigations, including monitoring patients in the Cath lab as part of the invasive team.
- Perform and assist in provocative testing procedures with high precision and safety.
- Provide expert clinical reporting and interpretations of test results.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care and outcomes.
- Contribute to ongoing research and continuous professional development activities within the department.

Requirements:

You must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. A background in cardiac physiology at Band 5 or higher is desirable. While a car driver is preferable, it is not mandatory.
