What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive substance misuse assessments, focusing on personal strengths and risk factors

• Develop and implement person-centred recovery plans in collaboration with service users and their support networks

• Maintain accurate case notes and prepare necessary reports

• Lead group intervention sessions and one-on-one psychosocial treatments

• Collaborate effectively in multi-agency partnerships to address complex needs of service users

• Deliver harm reduction interventions, ensuring safe practices such as needle exchange

• Provide training on naloxone and facilitate access to physical health care services
