About the Role:
We are recruiting a high-energy Store Manager for one of London’s fastest-growing bakery brands. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager or General Manager from the QSR, coffee shop, or grab-and-go sector who is looking for better work-life balance and the chance to grow with an exciting concept.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a small, dynamic team
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring high standards
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Drive store performance through effective team development
• Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards

What We Are Looking For:

• A high energy, positive personality

• Previous experience in a management role within QSR, coffee shops, or counter-service environments
• Strong leadership skills and a positive, hands-on approach
• Ability to work at pace while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Passion for hospitality and customer service

Schedule:

• Full-time, 5 days per week
• Shifts between 7AM and 5:00 PM
• Flexible hours, as this is an hourly paid role and you get paid for how long you work
• No evening or late-night shifts
