Bartender / Mixologist in St Julian's

Job Title: Bartender / Mixologist
Location: Saint Julian’s, Malta
Salary:    €1,400 gross per month + service charge + accommodation

I am partnering with a well-established hospitality group in Malta that is looking for an experienced Bartender / Mixologist to join their team. The group is recognized for delivering high-quality guest experiences, operating lively venues, and maintaining a strong commitment to service excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to perform well in a dynamic environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to a high standard, interacting with guests in a warm and professional manner, and contributing to the venue’s overall success.

Must have right to work in the EU (non-negotiable).

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Keep the bar area clean and well-organized
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver smooth service

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
