The role
- Work closely with the Head Chef day-to-day.
- Lead shifts, manage service and support junior chefs.
- Deliver quality in restaurant service and event catering.
- Maintain high standards of food and consistency.
- Foster a calm, organised kitchen during busy periods.
You will have
- Solid background in fresh food kitchens.
- Confidence running services in a busy environment.
- Ability to lead and develop junior kitchen staff.
- A calm mindset under pressure and strong work ethic.
