Guests come for relaxed meals, roasts, pizzas and consistent pub favourites. You work in a team that values quality ingredients and teamwork in the kitchen.

About the role

• You support the Head Chef and Senior Sous
• You run sections during service
• You maintain high food and hygiene standards
• You help train junior team members
• You assist with prep, ordering and stock control

The offer

• Salary £30,000
• Tronc £5,000 to £6,000
• Strong training and development
• Progression to Senior Sous

Your background

• Experience as a Sous or strong Chef de Partie ready to move up
• Fresh food background
• Confident during busy services
• Reliable and organised
• Enjoy working as part of a close kitchen team
