What You Will Do

Undertake comprehensive assessments of children and families, ensuring their needs and welfare remain central to all decisions.

Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to develop and implement effective care plans.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff, promoting high standards of practice.

Lead case conferences and represent the service in court when required.

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and statutory guidance.

Build positive, professional relationships with service users and families, ensuring their voices are heard.
