What you will do:

• Assess and manage risks facing children and families within the community.
• Develop and implement care plans to safeguard children effectively.

• Maintain detailed case records and provide reports for progress reviews and court proceedings.
• Provide advice, support, and signposting for families and young people to additional services.

Requirements for the Social Worker:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
• Current registration with Social Work England.
• Significant frontline experience in UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker.
