What you will do:
- Conduct assessments to identify risks and needs of individuals under safeguarding.
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with other professionals and the service user.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practice standards in safeguarding vulnerable individuals.
- Work closely with families and carers to provide support and guidance.
- Attend and contribute to multi-agency meetings aimed at protecting individuals from harm.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of your work and case progress.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Significant frontline experience within Social Services in the UK working as a qualified Social Worker.
