What you will do:

Conduct thorough assessments for pre-birth and early life stages to ensure the safety and well-being of infants and their families.
Develop detailed and effective care plans tailored to each family's unique needs.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to implement and monitor care plans.
Engage with and support hard-to-reach families, helping them navigate the challenges they face.
Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records in alignment with Redcar and Cleveland Children's Social Care standards.
Participate in court proceedings when necessary, ensuring that the child's best interests are always represented.
