What you will do:

- Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of referred cases, ensuring all information is gathered efficiently and accurately.
- Deliver concise and clear Best Interest Assessor reports as part of your ongoing duties.
- Utilize your expertise in the Mental Capacity Act and the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards legal frameworks.
- Undertake complex Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards assessments with precision and care.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to maintain and uphold best practice standards.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure the protection and promotion of individuals’ best interests.

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Worker who is an accredited Best Interest Assessor with solid experience in the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards. Staying current with legal updates and demonstrating exemplary analytical skills are musts for this role.
