What you will do:

- Manage a small caseload and support Social Workers with complex cases, ensuring all children receive the care and guidance they require.
- Provide management oversight by completing supervision, chairing strategy meetings, and leading stability meetings.
- Participate in duty cover once a week, with the possibility of additional cover as needed.
- Collaborate closely with other team members to develop best practices and uphold high standards in care and support.
