What You Will Do:

• Provide targeted support to children and young people in kinship or family care arrangements at risk of breakdown.

• Manage cases involving a range of complex issues, including emotional and behavioural difficulties, neglect, domestic abuse, parental mental health, and substance misuse.

• Deliver intensive, relationship-focused interventions to strengthen families and reduce the need for statutory services.

• Collaborate with professionals and partner agencies to deliver comprehensive, coordinated support.

• Review progress regularly to ensure the ongoing safety, wellbeing, and positive outcomes of children and young people.
