What you will do:

Manage a caseload of approximately 20–24 children, completing robust assessments and interventions for Child in Need and Child Protection cases.
Collaborate as part of a dynamic, supportive team structure, attending the office up to three times a week and full-time during duty weeks.
Conduct crisis interventions and Section 47 enquiries when working remotely, ensuring you're available to respond effectively.
Engage in fortnightly supervision sessions to reflect on practice, gain feedback, and identify areas for professional growth.
Travel throughout Torbay and beyond to conduct visits and fulfill your duties as a committed child protection professional.
