What you will do

• Assess individual needs and provide appropriate equipment, including Assistive Technology, to reduce risk and promote independence.
• Recommend and support minor and major adaptations to properties to enhance accessibility and mobility.
• Advise on moving and handling techniques, including postural management, and supply suitable equipment.
• Work collaboratively with housing partners to support re‑housing applications in line with local housing policies.
• Deliver community‑based occupational therapy interventions efficiently as a car‑driving practitioner.

Requirements

• Must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Must be a car driver to support effective community engagement.
