What you will do:
- Deliver a high quality social work service to children and young people with physical or mental impairments.
- Collaborate with citizens, carers, and families to foster resilience and independence.
- Ensure the citizen, families, and carers are central to decision-making processes about their lives and desired outcomes.
- Work within a friendly team to manage and support cases efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct assessments and reviews in line with legal and procedural requirements.

Skills and qualifications required:
- Social Work qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience.
- Registered with Social Care Wales.
- Proficient in technology and software skills.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.

The assignment is full-time, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. It is essential that you live locally or within a commutable distance to Conwy County as you will be based at the Coed Pella office in Colwyn Bay, Conwy. Initially expected to last approximately 6 weeks, there is potential for the role to be extended.
