Join us in Ealing for an exciting opportunity to work as a Social Worker in our dynamic Children Looked After Team. Earn a competitive hourly rate of £37.52, while making a significant impact on the lives of our most vulnerable children aged 0 to 16. This full-time role involves working 35 hours per week with 2 to 3 days in the office. What you will do

  • Work closely with children looked after by the Local Authority to achieve permanence and, in some cases, reunification with birth families.
  • Take on a Corporate Parenting responsibility, offering our most vulnerable children a chance for a safe and stable childhood.
  • Participate actively in Group Supervision to focus on children and young people with relationship-based social work at its heart.
  • Utilise the Dyadic Developmental Practice model to inform your day-to-day work, backed by dedicated support and ongoing training.
  • Collaborate with an embedded clinical psychologist as part of the team to enhance reflective practice and social worker support.
