What you will do:

• Manage a caseload typically consisting of 20–24 cases, including complex Child in Need (CIN) and Child Protection (CP) cases, and carry out assessments.

• Work collaboratively within a supportive team structure including Team Managers, Advanced Social Workers, and fellow Social Workers.

• Attend the office up to three times per week, with full-time office presence during duty weeks.

• Engage in fortnightly supervision to support professional development and reflective practice.

• Travel across Torbay and occasionally out of the county to visit children placed outside the area.

• Participate in a duty rota, covering one full week every three weeks.
