What you will do:
- Conduct thorough assessments of adults with mental health issues to determine their individual needs and develop suitable care plans.

- Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with both legal and organisational requirements.
- Deliver interventions aimed at promoting mental health and wellbeing for adults in the community.
- Undertake regular reviews of care plans to ensure they continue to meet service user requirements.
Requirements:
- Must be registered with Social Work England.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
- Demonstrable UK experience as a social worker, specifically within Adults Mental Health, showcasing your ability to make a real difference.
