What you will do:

• Lead and manage a team of social workers, AYSEs, trainee social workers, and young person's advisors ensuring effective service delivery to children and families.

• Provide operational leadership, vision, and direction within children's social work to drive service improvement.

• Actively promote strategic developments for children's services in Dudley, contributing to a safer and more supportive environment for young people.

• Offer supervision and consultation, enhancing the skills and performance of your team.

This role requires a valid full driving licence, business use car insurance, and a valid MOT certificate for vehicles over three years old, as travel is essential to carrying out duties effectively. You must also be registered or eligible for registration on the HCPC Register for qualified social workers.
