• Lead Community Occupational Therapy teams, providing day-to-day management and oversight.
• Support adults across Herefordshire, aiming to maximise their independence, safety, and wellbeing.
• Ensure high standards of evidence-based practice within the team.
• Oversee timely triage and manage workflow effectively.
• Implement effective supervision arrangements in line with OT Practice Review recommendations.
• Drive service development and transformation initiatives within the Independent Living Service.
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to achieve shared goals.
• Ensure compliance with HCPC standards for best practice and client care.
