What you will do:
- Manage and lead a dedicated team within the Access to Resources service, ensuring effective service delivery.
- Oversee the assessment and allocation of resources for children and families in the community.
- Collaborate with other services and stakeholders to ensure cohesive and informed service provision.
- Monitor performance and outcomes to continuously enhance team efficacy and service quality.
- Provide guidance, support, and supervision to team members, fostering their professional development.
- Maintain and develop key relationships with external partners to optimize resource availability and accessibility.
Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Substantial managerial experience, with expertise in frontline children’s services.
- Proven experience as a Team Manager or similar roles such as Deputy Team Manager or Assistant Team Manager.
