Requirements for the Assistant Team Manager role:

- Hold a current Social Work England registration.
- Demonstrate recent experience in a managerial role such as Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager.
- Have significant frontline experience in children’s services as a team manager.
